• No framing, re-delivery, or redistribution of platform content using any technology without express permission.
• No attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems through hacking, password mining, or other means.
• No actions that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure or network systems.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

• All software, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to Vidhan.AI and protected by copyright laws.
• You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access the Service for professional use only.
• Reproduction or redistribution of any content or software to any other server or location is expressly prohibited.
• All copies of content must retain all copyright and proprietary notices in their original form.
• Taking extracts from our database beyond personal use, and their sale or republication in any manner whatsoever, is prohibited.

8. Subscription & Payment

• License fees will be billed at the beginning of the subscription and on each subsequent renewal automatically.
• User is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, duties, and other charges imposed by any government authority.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, even if service is canceled before the end of the billing period.
• Users have the right to cancel subscription at any point of time and will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
• Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

9. AI Disclaimer

• Outputs are generated by large language models and may contain inaccuracies.
• Always verify critical information with primary legal sources or qualified counsel.
• Vidhan.AI disclaims liability for any decisions taken in reliance on AI-generated content.
• The platform may contain ambiguities, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Vidhan.AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Maximum liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vidhan.AI in the preceding 12-month period.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vidhan.AI and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Service.

12. Suspension & Termination

• Upon termination, all provisions which by their nature should survive shall survive.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

• All error corrections, bug fixes, updates, or other modifications shall be the sole property of Vidhan.AI.

16. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is successfully processed, except where required by applicable law.
• If duplicate payments are detected, please contact support@vidhan.ai within 7 days for resolution.
• Cancellation will stop future billing; access remains active until the current billing cycle ends.

17. Disclosure to Legal Authorities

• We may disclose user information when required to do so by law, court order, or other legal process.
• Such disclosure may also occur to investigate, prevent, or act against suspected illegal activities or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vidhan.AI, its users, or the public.

18. Force Majeure

Vidhan.AI shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, network outages, civil unrest, or labour disputes.
